Oildale Family Festival
2024 Festival Report
We had our very First Oildale Family Festival on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at Riverview Park in Oildale. We were blown away by the 120-ish volunteers who showed up to share the gospel and to help serve the families who attended the event. We gave out chips, cookies, drinks, over 1,000 hot dogs, close to 1,000 Gospel of John’s, and over 50 prizes!
The Gospel
We believe there were approximately 1,000 people in attendance. About 60 people indicated that they gave their lives to the Lord after hearing the gospel. 4 new families signed up to ride the bus to church on Sundays (6 kids), 2 families signed back up to ride the bus after previously stopping, and 4 kids signed up to go to VBS on the bus.
